Group Account Director

Manifest Life is a division of Manifest solely focused on our healthcare clients. We are looking to hire a Group Account Director to run and grow a portfolio of brands including health systems, pharmaceutical products, healthcare associations, and other health-focused accounts. As a Group Account Director at Manifest, you are the head and the heart of the team, driving our clients’ business objectives forward, spearheading organic growth, content marketing and strategic thought leadership. This role is base in NYC.

Responsibilities:

Establish and grow client relationships
Understand client objectives, their marketplace, pressures, and requirements
Work collaboratively with clients to establish their vision and strategy – who they want to be and how they want to engage with their customers
Collaborate with and lead a cross-functional team to determine the right strategies, KPIs and tactics to align with clients’ needs and objectives
Present and own proposed project solutions. Ensure scopes of work are specific and accurate
Expand our footprint by navigating client organizations to reach decision-makers
Select new business based on account strategy
Lead the charge for invocation and provide industry, client, and digital marketing expertise
Manage revenue, delivery, organic growth, and operations

Requirements:

15-17 years of relevant account management experience, including experience at a digital agency
Proven track record of organic growth
Content Marketing expertise required
Experience successfully and simultaneously managing a portfolio of brands
Healthcare-related client management experience in a digital agency preferred
Experience planning, creating, tracking and/or managing client financials in a service environment
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts in excess of $5MM in revenue
Experience leading and working with cross-capability teams
Open to travel
