Account Supervisor

Manifest is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our team in St. Louis. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong client relationships through strategic marketing programs, and partner with stakeholders on organic growth initiatives. You will be the key contact for the clients within your portfolio. We'll look to you to communicate with the members of the team, and become the knowledge and strategy center for all aspects of contracted services. This role reports directly to the VP, Client Services.


•Manage client portfolio of complex, strategic accounts, while supporting team leadership
•Strategize with client and the VP of Client Services on initiatives for organic growth
•Develop creative briefs, and lead meetings to launch new projects, and ensure ongoing projects are meeting client objectives, brand strategy, timelines, budget and scope
•Own client orientation, retention and ongoing efforts for your total book of business
•Create an annual client growth plan including developing, analyzing and presenting an annual return on investment program
•Understand and maintain all current contracts and renewals within your total book of business
•Keep apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
•Develop strategies and presentation materials required for client meetings and sales opportunities related to your total book of business
•Predict and communicate to VP any adjustments of forecasted revenue by quarter, within a fiscal year.
•Work with clients to help them get the most out of their marketing plans (i.e., ensuring calls-to-actions lead to measurable outcomes, that the plan includes adaptability to changing needs)
•Ensure that work associated with scope is accounted for and billed
•Meet regularly with Strategic Content, Production, Interactive and Video to coordinate company efforts on behalf of assigned clients, and collaborate in scheduling/workflow discussions
•Monitor portfolio P&L and work with team to improve overall profitability
•Travel as needed
•Capture details from all meetings, and update account information in the appropriate systems
•Work with finance department to ensure invoicing is delivered to the client, and help facilitate communication between finance and the client as needed


•5 to 9 years of experience in client services, primarily in marketing or advertising agencies
•Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans
•Proven success with organic growth initiatives
•Demonstrated track record of sales, business plan development
•Strong negotiating skills
•Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
•Exceptional presentation skills
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other workflow tools.
•Entrepreneurial mindset; self-starter who is looking to grow professionally
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
